Eligibility Criteria & Age Limit
1. Nationality
Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply for these fellowships.
2. Age Limit

3. Educational Qualification
- No specific educational qualification is required for Performing Arts, Literary Arts, and Visual Arts.
- For applicants applying under New Areas related to Culture, a Graduation Degree is mandatory.
4. Previous Fellowship Condition
- Applicants who have already received a Senior Fellowship earlier cannot apply again for the Senior category.
- Similarly, candidates who have previously availed a Junior Fellowship are not eligible to apply for another Junior Fellowship.
Project Synopsis Requirements
Candidates must submit a project synopsis along with the application form:
- Length should be 1000 to 1500 words.
- The synopsis can be written in English or Hindi.
- Literature applicants may submit the synopsis in their regional language.
