Eligibility Criteria & Age Limit
Educational Qualification
This recruitment is not open to the general public.
Candidates must:
- Be serving as Upper Division Clerk (UDC)/Senior Secretariat Assistant (SSA) in the Central Secretariat Service (CSS) or Ministry of External Affairs (MEA).
- Have completed at least six years of approved service in the feeder grade as on 01 July 2025.
- MEA candidates must also complete the prescribed mandatory training programmes.
